Welcome to Mild Statement ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at mildstatement.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site and the purchase of any products through it. By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

Mild Statement sells print-on-demand apparel and related merchandise. Products are printed to order after purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been submitted.
Colors may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to display settings.
All prices are listed in [currency, e.g., USD] and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply to that order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store your full payment card details.
Once an order enters production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled (see our [Return & Refund Policy] for details).

5. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout or on our Shipping page but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, text, and other content on this Site are the property of Mild Statement or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to the underlying design beyond personal, non-commercial use of the physical item you purchased.
